What this website does

The site describes our vehicle buying service in Houston and the surrounding areas, up to about 3 hours away, and helps you contact us. It does not sell anything and does not take payments online.

Offers are not final until we see the vehicle

Any amount we discuss before seeing the vehicle is an estimate based on what you tell us. It is not a binding offer.

• The final price is confirmed only after we inspect the vehicle and review its documents.
• It may change if the vehicle's condition, parts, location or paperwork differ from what was described.
• You or we can decline before the sale is completed.
• A sale is final only when both sides agree and sign the transfer documents.

Sending an inquiry does not guarantee that we will buy your vehicle or schedule a pickup.

Your responsibilities as a seller

When you ask us about a vehicle, you confirm that:

• The information you give us is true and complete.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or are legally authorized to sell it.
• The vehicle is not stolen, and you will tell us about any loan, lien or legal hold you know of.

The documents needed, such as the title, depend on your situation and Texas law. We will confirm what is needed before the sale. Please remove your personal belongings before pickup; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Website content

We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. Photos are illustrative. We may change or stop the site at any time.

Our name and content

The G&L name, logo, text and design of this site belong to G&L or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Other companies' services

WhatsApp, text messaging, email and phone calls are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for how they handle your messages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, G&L is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. The version posted when you contact us is the one that applies.
